I came up with this recipe during this morning's early bake fest. It makes a rich and very chocolately cookie that I'm sure you and your family will love.
Quadruple Chip Cookies
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease two cookie sheets.
2. Blend white sugar, brown sugar, and butter until light and fluffy.
3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix with a fork.
5. Add dry ingredients to the wet. Mix until blended. The dough will be stiff.
6. Add all the chips to the batter and mix.
7. Using your hands, shape the dough into roughly 2 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
9. Remove from sheet and cool on wire rack.
Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies. Enjoy!
