Fortuna's Fantastics Giveaway: Week 11

Oh, what a night!!! Oh, what a week, I should say. With Team Awesome's future uncertain, they came out Saturday all guns blazing and wowed us all!

Ali, our wonderful Ali, with ankles taped and in pain, danced her way to a well-deserved top of the leader board. No fuss, no complaints. That is a true competitor. Our fantastic Brian, outstanding partner, true friend, and amazing choreographer, supported her every step of the way. That is a true partnership.

I stand proud and say:
I am a member of Team Awesome!

I am overwhelmed with gratitude with all of you. You rallied around our team in incredible force and I am privileged to have been a part of that.

Ali and Brian's dancing is mesmeric and has inspired my nearly 13-year old daughter to put even more into her dancing. She doesn't do ballroom/latin but instead does Grade 6 ballet, tap, modern and streetjazz. For her to be so influenced by dancers doing a danceform that she has never even tried; they must have something very special! They are a joy to watch and I wont know what to do on Saturday nights when Strictly is over. I can only hope Brian will soon perform on a stage near me!!!!!

I'm still just so totally overawed by that performance - it would have been amazing if Ali hadn't been injured and if they hadn't missed several days of rehearsals, but after a week like that! It made me truly proud to be a team awesome supporter!

I Loved it. Have always liked the charleston which is strange as i am not really a fan of slapstick comedy normally. Such a fun routine. It was great the way Ali started off slow for the first couple of steps and then seemed to speed up it was like a windup doll.

Ali and Brian deserve to be in the final for they are the best couple ever! I was pleased when they got their ten for their Charleston and what a turn around for it was only at the beginning of the week when she hurt her foot!

They deserve their ten for it reminded me of the 1920's.
